Senior Electrical Estimator - Data Centers, Industrial & Commercial Projects
Location: Cleveland, Ohio | Hybrid
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 (Based on Experience)
We are hiring on behalf of a top ENR-ranked electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their Cleveland-based team. This role supports large-scale electrical construction projects across Northeast Ohio and the Midwest, with a focus on Data Centers, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. Projects range from $1 million to $50 million in value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and competitive electrical estimates for projects up to $50 million.
- Conduct comprehensive take-offs and scope reviews for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with general contractors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment throughout the bidding process.
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the development of the pre-construction team.
- Provide strategic input during project development and support pre-construction planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction estimating.
- Proven success in bidding and delivering Data Center, Industrial, and Commercial projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the Ohio construction market, especially in Cleveland and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
