What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to subsurface explorations and laboratory testing.
- Perform and oversee geotechnical engineering analyses and construction materials testing.
- Review and occasionally prepare geotechnical engineering reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal design teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop creative engineering solutions that integrate geotechnical elements into broader design concepts.
- Support and potentially lead the Nashville geotechnical operations, with future opportunities for regional leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or similar preferred.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Tennessee
- 8+ Years Geotechnical Engineering experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
