Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 + Annual Incentive Plan

Responsibilities
- Leading facility engineering, maintenance, capital improvement, and construction projects aligned with organizational objectives.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to improve safety, quality, operational efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.
- Managing departmental budgets, capital expenditures, maintenance programs, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Partnering with operations, quality, maintenance, contractors, and executive leadership to deliver successful projects and operational improvements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives through Lean principles, process optimization, standardization, and performance metrics.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing engineering and facilities teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
What were looking for…
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations, including leadership experience at the manager level or above.
- Demonstrated success leading facility upgrades, capital projects, maintenance programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, construction management, utilities, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, life safety systems, automation, controls, and commissioning.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, cross-functional teams, contractors, and large-scale projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or advanced degree preferred.
