A leading façade and building envelope contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
This position offers the opportunity to lead high-profile projects involving curtain wall, architectural glazing, metal panels, windows, rainscreen systems, and other exterior envelope solutions across commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, institutional, and high-rise developments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in project execution, working closely with preconstruction, design, fabrication, field operations, and executive leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple façade and building envelope construction projects from award through closeout.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, general contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
- Support field operations and collaborate with site leadership to resolve project challenges.
- Drive client satisfaction while maintaining project profitability and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior project management staff.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience within façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, architectural metals, or building envelope construction.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued from several million dollars upwards.
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex project environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.

- Stick-built curtain wall systems
