As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensure client satisfaction, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects, mentoring junior staff, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines, and contributing to the overall business strategy of the firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex land development projects from design through to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations, budget, and timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior engineers, helping to guide their professional growth.
- Collaborate with business development experts to support the growth of the firm's client base, including participation in proposal preparation, client meetings, and project presentations.
- Ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements, including zoning laws, permitting processes, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage project teams, monitor project progress, and provide solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high client satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and contracts, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and participate in internal strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Land Development Experience: Proven track record of managing land development projects from start to finish.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas: Required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team, with a focus on mentorship and developing junior engineers.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships in complex land development projects.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Business Development Acumen: Ability to support the growth of the business by identifying opportunities, networking, and contributing to proposals.
