A fast-growing renewable energy company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial solar installations from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress
- Lead and mentor field teams
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of solar or electrical project management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in G Suite, Salesforce, MS Office, and scheduling tools
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- NABCEP and MA CSL preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions
