This is a travelling role - ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, solving complex challenges, and driving projects to successful completion. You'll be joining a team that delivers high-quality builds in sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, and mission critical facilities.
Duties:
- Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases of the build.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and field operations.
- Travel to project sites nationwide, typically on a rotational or extended assignment basis.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) across the U.S.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
