Location: Fully Remote (US-based candidates preferred)

Compensation: Up to $300,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth in the US datacenter market, with a specific focus on building automation solutions. This fully remote role is ideal for a sales leader who understands the critical role automation plays in optimizing datacenter performance, energy efficiency, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of building automation systems (BAS), including HVAC controls, energy management, and integrated monitoring solutions tailored for datacenter environments.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise datacenter operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, engineering teams, procurement leads, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions that address client-specific operational challenges.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in datacenter automation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales experience in building automation, smart infrastructure, or related technologies, with a strong focus on datacenter applications.
  • Deep understanding of datacenter operations, including cooling systems, energy efficiency, and facility management.
  • Proven track record of selling complex automation solutions to enterprise clients or hyperscalers.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with leading BAS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls).
  • Experience with IoT, edge computing, or AI-driven automation technologies.
  • Existing network of contacts within the US datacenter and building automation sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
