A leading provider in the pumps industry. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Singapore market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address any sales performance issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the pumps industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
