Senior Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven sales representative to lead direct sales efforts to Network Power clients (including UPS, Data Center, and Telecom OEMs) for energy-related products and services. The successful candidate will manage existing OEM relationships for growth and identify new opportunities and projects within both existing and new accounts.
Position Objective
The primary function of this role is to accelerate growth at existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and deliver top-line revenue in a profitable manner consistent with budgeted requirements. This includes developing and managing the Network Power Systems customer base in North America through OEMs and System Integrators that provide design, installation, and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including executive stakeholders
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and growth plans
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on progress
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering or 10+ years of sales experience
- Industry experience in Network Power preferred
- Knowledge of battery and energy storage systems a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills
- Ability to travel up to 45%
