Senior Structural Engineer
LVI is partnering with a boutique, design-focused AEC firm that is expanding its structural group and looking for an experienced engineer who wants a real seat at the table.

What You'll Do
- Lead structural design from concept through construction across steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems
- Define project design criteria and set the technical direction
- Manage multiple projects independently, balancing deadlines and client needs
- Mentor and elevate junior engineers, helping shape the team's growth
- Produce drawings, specifications, engineering calculations, and analytical models
- Perform construction administration: shop drawing reviews, RFIs, site visits
- Attend client meetings and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in structural engineering focused on building structures
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE license preferred
- Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and structural design principles
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to take on new technical and leadership challenges
