What You'll Do
- Inspect buildings, parking structures, and other facilities
- Develop clear, professional engineering reports
- Design structural repairs and rehabilitation solutions
- Design structural systems for commercial, residential, industrial, and specialty structures
- Perform structural analysis using industry‑standard software and in‑house tools
- Prepare complete construction document packages
- Review shop drawings and observe construction for design compliance
What We're Looking For
- Structural engineering, architectural, or construction background
- Comfortable on active construction sites
- Organized, responsive, and detail‑oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and contractors
- Understanding of building codes
- Proficiency with structural engineering software
- Suspended scaffold experience is a plus, not required
