Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical electrical infrastructure within a complex industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of power distribution systems while driving innovation through digitalisation, predictive maintenance, and smart technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of electrical engineering professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical power systems to ensure safety and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through smart technologies and predictive maintenance strategies.
Manage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with relevant engineering, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate audits, contractor management, and emergency response planning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives.
Manage departmental capital and operational expenditure budgets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience, including leadership or managerial responsibility.
Strong knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
Experience with power system analysis, monitoring, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with industry standards, electrical safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within industrial manufacturing, process plants, or other complex engineering environments is advantageous.
