A growing site development contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sitework, earthwork, grading, and underground utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
- Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, APM, or Superintendent in civil construction
- Strong background in site development, grading, earthwork, and utilities
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with construction management software preferred
