ソーシャルコンプライアンス監査員（Social Auditor）

グローバルに展開する外資系認証機関で、品質・環境・労働安全衛生・サステナビリティなど多岐にわたる分野でソーシャル監査をご担当いただける方を探しています。

■ 業務内容

国内外の工場・サプライヤーに対する社会的責任（CSR）・労働環境・人権・安全衛生・倫理・環境などに関する監査業務を担当いただきます。

• SMETA、RBA、BSCI、SA8000などの監査基準に基づく現地監査の実施
• 監査報告書の作成およびクライアントへの報告
• クライアントとの事前調整、監査スケジュール管理
• 必要に応じた改善提案やフォローアップ対応
• 海外拠点との連携、監査品質の向上に向けた取り組み

■ 応募資格

【必須要件】

• ソーシャルコンプライアンス監査の実務経験（2年以上）
• SMETA、RBA、BSCI、SA8000等の監査経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）
• 出張対応可能な方（国内・海外）

【歓迎要件】

• APSCA CSCA資格をお持ちの方

Position Title

Social Compliance Auditor

Job Description

As a Social Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits of factories and suppliers both domestically and internationally, focusing on corporate social responsibility (CSR), labor conditions, human rights, health and safety, ethics, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site audits based on standards such as SMETA, RBA, BSCI, SA8000
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients
• Coordinate audit schedules and pre-audit arrangements with clients
• Provide recommendations and follow-up support as needed
• Collaborate with global offices to ensure audit quality and consistency

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social compliance auditing
• Experience with standards such as SMETA, RBA, BSCI, SA8000
• Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred:

• APSCA CSCA certification holder

Location

• Yokohama Office (Remote work available)
• Domestic and international travel required
