A leading marine contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee waterfront and heavy civil marine projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for marine construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
- Oversee subcontractors, crews, and onsite activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Administer contracts, change orders, cost controls, and project documentation.
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct jobsite visits and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marine or heavy civil construction project management.
- Strong understanding of pile driving, dredging, bulkheads, piers, or similar waterfront scopes.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and permits.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore/Project/P6 preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
