About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Presales
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
- Partner with commercial teams to assess and qualify new opportunities.
- Develop and present solution proposals, including technical recommendations and pricing.
- Support customer evaluations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities where required.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
Solution Design & Delivery Support
- Design and validate infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and operational requirements.
- Review technical feasibility, service requirements, performance expectations, and implementation considerations.
- Provide guidance during project delivery to ensure a smooth transition from planning to deployment.
- Recommend alternative approaches when customer requirements evolve or constraints arise.
Commercial & Business Support
- Develop commercially viable solutions that balance customer requirements with business objectives.
- Prepare pricing models, cost estimates, and solution documentation.
- Evaluate third-party services and suppliers when required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly communicate the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
Collaboration & Process Excellence
- Work closely with technical, operational, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute technical input to service agreements and project documentation.
- Follow established governance, quality, and approval processes.
- Monitor market developments and emerging technologies to help shape future service offerings.
