An established company is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support water treatment applications in commercial, institutional, and light industrial markets across St Louis, MO. The engineer will provide advanced troubleshooting, optimization, and consultation to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical systems, supporting installations, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on customer water treatment chemical applications for optimal performance of boilers, cooling towers, and closed loop systems.
- Chemical dosing and testing on systems.
- Support new installations, calibrations, and remote monitoring technologies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps, piping, and chemical feed systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams.
- Deliver technical training and comprehensive service reports using company tools.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and water treatment.
- Deep knowledge of cooling, boiler, and closed-loop systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for reporting and presentations.
