Senior Stormwater Design & Project Leadership Opportunity
Salary: 130,000 - 160,000
A well-established, employee-owned environmental and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking an experienced engineer to help lead the planning, design, and delivery of meaningful water infrastructure projects throughout the western United States.
This individual will work alongside engineers, scientists, planners, and environmental specialists to develop practical solutions that improve water quality, enhance community spaces, and support long-term environmental stewardship.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and delivery of stormwater and drainage improvement projects
- Developing civil designs for public infrastructure, parks, open spaces, and community-focused projects
- Preparing technical reports, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Evaluating regulatory requirements and developing compliance-driven solutions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on environmentally sensitive projects
- Supporting project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication
What We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one
- Experience delivering stormwater, drainage, or water resources projects
- Strong understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality considerations
- Background preparing engineering plans, technical calculations, and permitting documents
- Ability to mentor staff and contribute to project leadership efforts
