Structural Designer

The team works horizontally, meaning even early‑career engineers get direct exposure to client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and real project responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural calculations and design tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Assist in plan layout, detailing, and drawing development for a wide variety of building types, including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, offices, etc!
- Develop proficiency in analysis and plan‑production software (AutoCAD/Revit).
- Review approval drawings and support coordination efforts.
- Participate in the progressive design and drawing of complete building systems as skills advance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program or equivalent.
- 3+ years of structural design experience,in building structures
- EIT or PE s
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize discrepancies and collaborate through iterative design steps.
- Interest in professional development, mentorship, and involvement in technical societies.
