The Opportunity
You'll work on a diverse portfolio of structural engineering projects, including:
- Structural design and analysis of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber buildings
- Existing building assessments and structural investigations
- Repair, rehabilitation, retrofit, and strengthening projects
- Restoration and forensic engineering assignments
- Site inspections and construction administration
- Technical reports, calculations, and engineering documentation
- Collaboration with architects, contractors, owners, and multidisciplinary teams
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering but also wants exposure to project management, client relationships, business development, and leadership responsibilities.

What We're Looking For
- PE License in New York
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience designing building structures
- Strong background in structural analysis, calculations, and construction documentation
- Experience with industry-standard structural design software
- Existing buildings, restoration, rehabilitation, or forensic experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to grow into leadership and project management responsibilities
