The Role
We're seeking a Structural Project Manager to join the Dallas office and lead projects across a wide range of sectors, including:
Historical preservation, municipal, religious, industrial, recreational, residential, hospitality, multi-family, healthcare, commercial, and educational.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage structural engineering projects from planning through construction administration, balancing quality, budget, and schedule.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Mentor and train early-career engineers, fostering technical growth and leadership development.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
- Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience in consulting.
- At least 2 years of project management experience leading teams.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Travel for site visits may occur 2-3 days per month.
- Annual bonuses typically range from 5-10% of base salary.
