Role Overview

The Structural Project Engineer will work closely with a Project Manager and contribute technical expertise across design, calculations, drawings, and field reviews. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex engineering problems, and wants to grow into a senior-level technical leader.

Key Responsibilities

Technical

• Perform structural design, calculations, and analysis with guidance from senior staff.

• Prepare construction documents and assist with technical reports and specifications.

• Review submittals and ensure alignment with design intent.

• Use BIM and design software to develop accurate, high-quality deliverables.

• Research and analyze data to support project planning and design.

Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other design partners.

• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

• Develop working knowledge of building codes, permitting requirements, and client expectations.

Leadership & Professional Development

• Manage multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines.

• Build relationships with clients and design team members.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency with Revit

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field

• PE certification preferred
