The Role
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with expertise in repair and restoration of major structures. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging projects involving the rehabilitation of large commercial properties and landmark buildings. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to develop creative solutions that extend the life and performance of critical structures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural assessment, design, and implementation for repair and restoration projects.
Oversee project lifecycle from concept through construction completion.
Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed reports on structural conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Key Qualifications
B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering; M.S. preferred.
PE license in Florida.
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and restoration of large-scale buildings.
Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and masonry systems.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, RISA, STAAD, RAM SS).
Excellent communication and client management skills.
