We're seeking a highly experienced superintendent to oversee complex $20M+ projects, with a strong emphasis on hospitals, medical facilities, and healthcare environments.
About the Role
In this position, you will take charge of on‑site mechanical operations, leading field teams, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring safe, high‑quality, on‑schedule project delivery. You'll be a key leader in executing high‑stakes commercial and healthcare projects that demand precision, organization, and expert technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of field experience with a mechanical contractor in Data Center, Industrial, Commercial or Healthcare construction.
- Technical Experience: Experienced in HVAC, Plumbing, Piping and Sheet Metal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in high-volume environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
