We are conducting a search on behalf of one of our clients, a nationally recognized leader in water infrastructure consistently ranked in the Top 10 by ENR. They are seeking a Technical Manager to support the delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
The Role
As Technical Manager, you will:
- Provide technical leadership on water and wastewater treatment projects
- Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams to meet project deliverables
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Review engineering designs and ensure compliance with standards
- Support client engagement and business development activities
Qualifications
- PE License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater projects
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively
Preferred:
- Experience with design-build or collaborative delivery projects
- Background in municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities
