Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead project development and market expansion strategies.
- Identify and secure new development and investment opportunities.
- Oversee site selection, acquisitions and due diligence processes.
- Drive permitting, approvals and development activities.
- Manage strategic partnerships and key stakeholder relationships.
- Support capital deployment and investment decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial and operational teams.
- Provide executive leadership to development functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business or a related field.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure, digital infrastructure or real estate development.
- Proven track record leading large-scale development projects.
- Strong understanding of investment evaluation and commercial strategy.
- Experience engaging with investors, partners and government stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, financial and business development skills.
- Ability to operate effectively at executive and board level.
