Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Develop and execute project strategies, budgets and schedules.
- Manage consultants, contractors, vendors and key stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial performance, forecasting and cost controls.
- Drive project governance, reporting and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across project delivery functions.
- Support client and executive stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-value development projects.
- Strong understanding of data centre design, construction and commissioning.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
