The Safety Specialist will be responsible for...
- Partnering with field operations to drive a proactive safety culture across transmission, distribution, and substation projects
- Conducting safety audits, training, incident investigations, and compliance activities on active construction sites
- Supporting project leadership with hazard identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
The Safety Specialist should have the following qualifications:
- 2-5 years of construction safety experience
- Utility, transmission, distribution, substation, or heavy civil construction experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility in the field
