Transportation/Civil Engineer (All Levels)
An established organization is seeking transportation/civil engineers at various experience levels to support a broad range of infrastructure projects. The role involves work across multiple disciplines, including highway, roadway, bridge, and land development, with assignments for municipal and state-focused initiatives. Responsibilities span the full project life cycle, offering exposure to both technical and coordination-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in coordinating with internal staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Contribute to conceptual and final design for transportation and civil engineering projects
- Prepare construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Assist in preparing environmental documentation and required permit applications
Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong initiative
- Experience with AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools, and/or HydroCAD (preferred)
- Experience with MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer (a plus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
