📍 Nationwide Travel | Salary Range: $160K - $190K

Are you a hands-on construction leader who thrives in the field and enjoys seeing projects come to life from the ground up? One of our top general contractor clients is actively seeking a Travelling Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects across the U.S.
This is a key field leadership role for someone who's detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality work on schedule.
🔨 What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead daily on-site operations for industrial construction projects (manufacturing, distribution, energy, etc.)
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure productivity and quality
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects on track
- Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) to project sites nationwide
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and field coordination
- Proven ability to manage large-scale job sites and multiple trades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods
