Our client, a top 10 Mechanical ENR firm, are seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations for high-profile mission critical projects across Indianapolis and Milwaukee. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering complex mechanical solutions in data centers, healthcare, and other high-demand environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple job sites.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with union labor standards and project specifications.
- Travel between projects located in either Indianapolis or Milwaukee (approx. 2 flights/month).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in mission critical or large-scale mechanical projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and timelines effectively.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
- Familiarity with union labor practices and agreements.
