Vice President, Program & Construction Management
Our client is seeking a senior Power industry leader to build and lead a new Program & Construction Management (PM/CM) practice serving utility and energy clients across North America.
This executive role will focus on growing client relationships, securing major utility programs, developing PM/CM service offerings, and building a high-performing team to support transmission, distribution, substation, and power infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a new PM/CM business line within the Power sector.
- Develop relationships with utility executives and industry decision-makers.
- Pursue and win large program management, construction management, and capital project opportunities.
- Build and mentor PM/CM teams while establishing scalable delivery processes.
- Oversee major client programs, ensuring success across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Drive revenue growth, backlog development, and overall business performance.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of power, utility, EPC, engineering consulting, or infrastructure experience.
- Proven success winning and delivering major utility or capital program engagements.
- Strong network within the utility, T&D, substation, or power markets.
- Experience leading teams, business development efforts, and client-facing programs.
- PE and/or PMP preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
