Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Water Resources Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, including stormwater management, floodplain analysis, wastewater systems, and potable water systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both public and private sector projects, ranging from small developments to large-scale public works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage water resources projects from planning through construction.
- Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Design and implement water resources projects, including stormwater, wastewater, and potable water systems.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and respond to contractor submittals and RFIs.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide support for floodplain mapping and FEMA flood map revisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in water resources engineering.
- Proficiency in
- Proficiency in Hydraulic and Hydrologic Modeling software such as Infoworks ICM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, XPSWMM, Flo2d, Infowater, and WaterCAD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
