Water Treatment Engineer
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to engineering work across water and wastewater systems including treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure
* Develop engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal and utility projects
* Support permitting efforts and alternatives analyses for water and wastewater facilities
* Perform field observations and inspections to verify compliance with design documents and technical standards
* Assist with technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables
* Conduct data analysis and support field activities such as site investigations, testing, and evaluations
* Collaborate with project teams and provide technical support as needed throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Approximately 6 or more years of experience in wastewater or water infrastructure design within a consulting or engineering services environment
* Experience with treatment processes including hydraulics and physical, chemical, and biological systems
* Professional Engineer licensure
* Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and interface with clients and internal project teams
