About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join a growing construction team delivering multifamily and healthcare projects across Miami, Florida, typically ranging from $70M-$75M.

This is a high-impact role responsible for leading scheduling strategy and execution across multiple projects. You'll operate with a high level of trust and autonomy, ensuring schedules reflect real field conditions while supporting delivery teams in achieving project success.

This role is well suited to individuals with a Project Manager or Superintendent background who understand both planning and field execution.

Why Join?

  • 40+ year track record in South Florida

  • Mid-sized team (~140 employees) with a non-corporate, relationship-driven culture

  • High levels of repeat business and long-term clients

  • Clear progression into Scheduling Manager / Director roles

This is an environment built on trust, ownership, and impact, without layers of bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and management of CPM schedules (Primavera P6)

  • Establish and maintain baseline schedules aligned to scope and field execution

  • Work closely with PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure practical, buildable schedules

  • Perform critical path analysis and drive mitigation/recovery strategies

  • Ensure schedules reflect actual site progress, including regular jobsite engagement

  • Develop look-aheads, phasing plans, and short-interval schedules

  • Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and support delay claims and change orders

  • Lead schedule meetings and provide clear reporting and forecasts

  • Review and integrate subcontractor schedules

  • Actively support project teams with solutions, not just reporting

What Defines Success

  • Takes ownership and delivers without micromanagement

  • Can walk a site and identify scheduling risks immediately

  • Aligns plans with real-world execution

  • Brings initiative and ideas, while respecting structure

  • Builds strong, trusted relationships across project teams

  • Operates as a true support to project delivery
