What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater project management across the Midwest.
- PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Willingness to travel (~25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Proven experience managing municipal water/wastewater design projects in Kansas or surrounding regions.
- Business development experience, including proposals and client presentations.
