An Non-banking financial institution who is headquartered in USA is looking for a Regional Director who will be seated in Africa.
Responsibility
- Responsible for identifying New investments / portfolio management and deals in water / infrastructure Projects or growing companies in the renewable energy sector.
- Responsible for end to end deal processes from Deal sourcing to Deal closure.
- Conduct financial, investment, risk and impact analysis
- working hand in hand with CIO to formulate strategies and processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in private equity funds / Impact investments in Water, Infrastructure and or renewable energy space.
- Proven Investment / Portfolio Management experience in South Africa or Kenya
- Experienced in water, sanitation, climate finance, ESG, Financial modeling Etc.
- Proven track record on successful deals in infrastructure investments (Min 2-3 mil commercial equity experience)
