Responsibilities:
- Create detailed BIM models based on specifications and project requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to develop 3D models in Revit
- Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards, codes, and best practices
- Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between various building systems and components
- Assist in the implementation of BIM work flows and standards
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and methodologies
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar platforms
- Avility to work efficiently and collaborate with team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or similar title
