Work Arrangement: In-Office Position
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, design, and development of commercial architectural projects
- Produce and coordinate Design Development and Construction Documents
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout project delivery
- Perform building code reviews and code compliance analysis
- Support quality control and quality assurance efforts
- Assist with project coordination and technical detailing
- Contribute creative design ideas while working effectively within a team environment
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining deadlines and project standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 5 to 10 years of architectural experience
- Commercial (non-residential) project experience required
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination
- Experience conducting building code analysis and working with consulting engineers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Architectural licensure is preferred but not required

- Revit
- SketchUp
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional architectural design and visualization software experience is highly valued
