LVI currently have an opportunity open for a commercial roofing project manager to join a esteemed client based out of South Florida (Fort Pierce).
The Firm:
This firm is a family owned Commercial and Residential Roofing business based out of South Florida, completing work across both Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. They complete mid-large scale commercial and residential roofing projects, whether that be new construction re-roofing, or repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing tear-off / construction from conception through completion. You will be working with a cross-functional team and coordinating with them to ensure project milestones are met on time. You will be implementing rigorous safety protocols according to industry standards alongside driving continuous improvement & efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of construction principles specific to commercial roofing systems. This will be crucial in managing complex building requirements effectively. Additionally, an uncompromising approach towards maintaining safe work environments is essential. You should have the ability to develop safety plans aligned with regulatory compliance needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ Years Project Management Experience, 3 years in Roofing preferred
- Strong understanding of common commercial and residential roofing materials / systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Shingles, Metal, MB)
- Minimum High School Graduate/College Degree Preferred
- Strong relationship building skills
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
