My trusted client is currently looking for a Division manager to join their boutique firm to help support the team. This firm is a smaller group with an amazing reputation across the industry which has been built on for 40 years! The Company specialize in 9 different service lines, including condition assessments, building enclosure commissioning, fenestration and historic structures They pride themselves in being the best platform for expanding industry knowledge and practices providing excellent mentorship and the opportunity to progress yourself within your engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering operations including budgeting, planning, scheduling and reporting
- Develop technical solutions that meet business objectives while meeting safety standards
- Provide guidance on all aspects related to process improvements
Qualifications Required:
- Licensure - PE (required) BECxP (preferred)
- Education - Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Structural Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Experience - At least 10 year's experience as a manager overseeing condition assessments, building enclosure commissioning, fenestration and historic structure projects
