We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as the Head of Transmission & Distribution.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division in alignment with the company's overall goals.
Provide visionary leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the T&D sector.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of T&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and address challenges, ensuring the successful implementation of transmission and distribution solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective communication and collaboration.
Technical Expertise:
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in T&D.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions.
Team Development:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and promote professional development.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in the design, engineering, and delivery of T&D projects.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for T&D projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the Transmission & Distribution sector.
In-depth knowledge of T&D engineering, technologies, and industry standards.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinking and the ability to drive business growth.
