Our client, a leading construction company specializing in heavy civil and water/wastewater projects is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with a strong background in either the heavy civil or water/wastewater sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience within the construction industry
- Experience working on large scale infrastructure projects such as bridges, highways and/or tunnels.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate should possess these skills:
- Excellent communication ability both written & verbal
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including delegation
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving capability
Responsibilities Include:
As our new Heavy Civil Project Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to your assigned project(s). This includes but isn't limited to; scheduling resources like people, materials etc., monitoring progress against milestones/goals while maintaining high-quality work standards throughout each phase. Additionally,
you'll also need;
- To create detailed reports that clearly outline any changes made during implementation phases,
- Cost analysis
- Schedule updates
You must ensure quality control measures are met at every stage so meet/exceed customer expectations.
Location/Salary/Benefits
