A leading firm in the Land Development industry is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual for a Senior Project Engineer role with a focus on commercial land development projects.
As a Senior Project Engineer you will work as a leader in a fast-paced environment and solve challenging problems related to Civil Engineering projects in and around the Austin region. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee the development of projects and assist the Project Manager. You will lead other engineers on various assignments to develop required project deliverable's consistent with project goals.
The location of this position is based out of Austin Texas. The company implements a very flexible hybrid schedule and encourage staff to come into the office at least twice a week. $1000 towards home office set up provided. Large office with many departments offering a lot of in house support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects. You will work closely with clients to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget. Required:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
5+ years of relevant experience in land development
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with others
Knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office, and Auto CAD
Effective leader and ability to guide and motivate the team
