Our client is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in healing (Healthcare), learning (Education), and discovery (Science & Technology) market sectors. Qualifications:
- Accredited Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Professional Licensure in Architecture
- NCARB certificate preferred
Skills:
- 15 years of related experience specific to healing, learning &/or discovery markets.
- Proven expertise working on larger projects managing project scope oversight
Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate for this position you will be responsible for leading large-scale architectural designs from conception through completion while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to;
* Collaborating closely with other members of multidisciplinary teams including engineers etc.to ensure seamless integration into overall design strategy,
* Managing multiple priorities concurrently whilst delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines,
* Leading research efforts aimed at identifying new ways technology can support innovative approaches towards problem solving,
Salary/Benefits:
The starting salary offered is $125-135K base salary along with competitive benefits packages which includes ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), healthcare coverage (medical/dental/vision), paid time off (vacation/sick days/holidays) , retirement plan options as well as opportunities for professional development.
