An innovative and diverse civil engineering firm with work spanning various sectors, including water resources, land development and transportation, known for its technical excellence and client satisfaction are looking to bring on a senior water resources engineer looking to grow their project management skills and develop a diverse and hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- The successful candidate shall assume a leadership role in the modelling and design of a variety of water resources projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Hydraulic and Hydrologic (H&H) modeling through the utilization of programs such as SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, or equivalents.
- Mentorship of a team of two junior engineers and active involvement in project management and the pursuit of new project bids.
- Demonstrated track record of providing assistance in project management, coupled with robust technical acumen.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS, or equivalent software.
- Exemplary communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license is encouraged, or the ability to gain one in 6 months
Benefits:
- Compensation: Salary ranging between $85,000 and $125,000, contingent on experience, subject to periodic salary and title reviews.
