The responsibilities will span a spectrum of exciting challenges, from crafting high-speed highways to executing major road widenings and intersection enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field is essential.
- Certification: The ability to obtain a Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microstation, InRoads, and OpenRoads software is advantageous.
- GDOT Knowledge: Exposure to or experience with Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) design criteria is beneficial.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work on multiple projects concurrently is important.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, especially when collaborating within a team.
