Our client is a leading renewable energy development and operations company owned by private equity firm. They have projects in the pipeline across South East Asia. The company is currently undertaking significant projects, including the construction of utility-scale solar projects and energy storage systems in Taiwan.
We are seeking qualified individuals to join their expanding team as Senior/Solar Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site construction supervision, quality inspections, completion testing, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Construction supervision and guidance for solar photovoltaic projects.
- Quality inspection and assurance during project execution.
- Completion of testing and commissioning of solar power systems.
- Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
- Effective collaboration with the project team.
Requirements:
- Educational background in electrical engineering or related
- Experience in the design and/or construction management of solar photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 20MW or more (completed).
- Proficient in the use of engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with occupational safety and health regulations.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site for 75% of the working hours.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD.
- Electrical engineering and control system installation and maintenance.
- Electrical diagram recognition and drawing.
- Use of electrical instruments and equipment testing.
- Electrical equipment operation and maintenance.
