Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone ready to demonstrate their expertise and step into a senior engineer/project manager position. Reporting directly to the business owner, you will manage, mentor, and train junior staff to achieve production goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering calculations using various materials (wood, steel, concrete, masonry) for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare construction documents using Revit.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 junior engineers throughout project lifecycles.
- Review and approve work from junior staff.
- Conduct site visits as needed.
Qualifications:
- P.E. license with a degree in civil engineering, focusing on structural engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
